What are the delivery options for my order?

We offer a price guide for delivery of your order, however your final charges will be clarified during the order process. If you require more information then please contact your account manager, friendly support team or use our live online help facility.

We offer FREE UK Delivery on all orders.

When will my order be delivered?

All products have estimated dispatch times and exact delivery time will be confirmed before production of your order begins.

Can you deliver my order outside the UK?

Yes, although the majority of our clients are based in UK we do delivery throughout Europe. This can be discussed during order enquiry.

Which company delivers my order?

We use a number of leading National and International courier firms.

Can I track my order?

Yes, all orders are fully tracked and we offer a one hour delivery window on the morning of delivery which will be emailed or sent by text (if mobile number provided).

Can I get my order delivered on a Weekend or Bank Holiday?

All orders which are dispatched on Monday to Thursday will be delivered the following day, orders dispatched on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Weekend deliveries may be available. If weekend delivery is required, please contact us when placing your order.

Will a signature be required when delivering?

Yes, a signature will be required unless alternative arrangements have been made beforehand.

Can I deliver my order to multiple addresses?

There will be additional delivery charges if you would like your order delivered to multiple addresses.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, you can collect your order from our shop in Monkseaton, Whitley Bay, Tyne and Wear. Please arrange this whilst placing your order.

What if my order is not delivered on the confirmed delivery date?

We put our reputation in the hands of our delivery network and trust them in delivering our goods as promised. In very rare circumstances orders are delayed, although this could be out of our control we will try our best to get your order delivered as soon as possible after the confirmed delivery date. (This is very rare!) In these circumstances your delivery charge will be refunded.

I have provided an incorrect address for my delivery, what can I do?

At first instance, please contact us immediately. We will try our best to get this rectified, however if orders are delivered and signed for by any person at the delivery address provided then we do not accept liability for your order. Please ensure you enter correct delivery address when placing your order.

Cancellations & Refunds


Can I cancel my custom order?

You have the right to cancel any order where the order has not been approved. Once your order has been approved and payment made, this means your products have been released into our production schedule and cannot be cancelled. You must ensure you confirm via email if you are wanting to cancel your order.

Will my setup fees or artwork charges (if any) be refunded if I cancel my order?

As we use consultants to supply any artwork or digitising services we do have the rights to hold an administration fee of £20 plus Vat for any orders which are cancelled once proofs have been provided. However please speak to our friendly support team if help is required.

I have entered incorrect details in your system when placing my order, can I get a replacement or refund?

It is your responsibility to thoroughly check and confirm you are happy with your proof. once proof is approved unfortunately we cannot replace or refund your order.

My delivered product colours are different to what is shown on your website?

Colours can appear different on monitors, and as such we do try our best to match colours but will not be liable. If you are concerned about garment or product colours then please request a sample product before your order production.

I need to return part of my order, what shall I do?

Please contact our support team or account manager before returning any products, we will fully support you with this process.

Returned items must be returned in their original packaging and postage paid for by the customer.
