Delivery & Returns Information
We offer a number of delivery options, which vary according to your location. We currently only offer delivery to addresses within the UK, if you would like international delivery please contact us for a custom quote.
Free Delivery
Orders over £150 (ex VAT) qualify for free delivery. Please note that free delivery is not available to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Isles, Scilly Isles or the Isle of Man.
Standard Delivery – £7.99 (+VAT)
Orders under £150 (ex VAT) can take advantage of our courier delivery service for just £7.99 (+VAT). Standard delivery on blank items is usually 2-3 working days. Delivery for personalised items is usually 7-10 working days, but please contact us if you need a quicker turnaround time.
Next Day Delivery (Blank orders only) – £10.99 (+VAT)
If you need blank items fast, then order before 1pm and we will dispatch for next day delivery with DPD. This option is not valid on Personalised orders.
Non UK Mainland & Scottish Highland Charges.
This depends on the type of order that you make. For items that are not personalised, standard delivery is 2-3 working days. We also offer a next day delivery service for orders placed before 1pm.
For personalised orders, our standard delivery is 7-10 working days from approval of your design proof. We do have a fast track service available if you need your items quicker. Please contact us for more information on this.
We currently only offer delivery within the UK on our website. Please contact us for a custom quote if you would like delivery to another country.
We use a number of leading National and International courier firms, mainly DPD.
Yes, all orders are fully tracked and we offer a one hour delivery window on the morning of delivery which will be emailed or sent by text (if mobile number provided).
All orders which are dispatched on Monday to Thursday will be delivered the following day, orders dispatched on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Weekend deliveries may be available. If weekend delivery is required, please contact us when placing your order.
Yes, a signature will be required unless alternative arrangements have been made beforehand.
There will be additional delivery charges if you would like your order delivered to multiple addresses.
Yes, you can collect your order from our shop in Monkseaton, Whitley Bay, Tyne and Wear. Please arrange this whilst placing your order.
We put our reputation in the hands of our delivery network and trust them in delivering our goods as promised. In very rare circumstances orders are delayed, although this could be out of our control we will try our best to get your order delivered as soon as possible after the confirmed delivery date. (This is very rare!)
At first instance, please contact us immediately. We will try our best to get this rectified, however if orders are delivered and signed for by any person at the delivery address provided then we do not accept liability for your order. Please ensure you enter correct delivery address when placing your order.
Cancellations & Refunds
You have the right to cancel any order where the order has not been approved. Once your order has been approved and payment made, this means your products have been released into our production schedule and cannot be cancelled. You must ensure you confirm via email if you are wanting to cancel your order.
As our expert designers spent time to create and supply any artwork or digitising services we do have the rights to hold an administration fee of £20 plus Vat for any orders which are cancelled once proofs have been provided. However please speak to our friendly support team if help is required.
It is your responsibility to thoroughly check and confirm you are happy with your proof. once proof is approved unfortunately we cannot replace or refund your order.
Colours can appear different on monitors, and as such we do try our best to match colours but will not be liable. If you are concerned about garment or product colours then please request a sample product before your order production.
Please contact our support team or your account manager before returning any products, we will fully support you with this process. Returned items must be returned in their original packaging and postage paid for by the customer. Items that have been personalised with a logo cannot be returned.
