Whether you are looking for a quotation or ready to place an order, by reading our basic guidelines should help avoid any delays in us getting your quote or order processed. We can also deliver direct to your clients under plain packaging.

When Supplying Logos or Artwork
Please ensure when sending your logo or design it is of the highest quality possible, please supply artwork in any of the following formats .jpeg, .png, .pdf, .bmp, .ai, .eps, or .psd .
If you don’t have artwork or require support then we can help with custom clothing ideas, just let us know your project or requirements and we will work with you to develop product(s) suitable for purpose, it’s what we have been doing since 2009.
We will issue a quotation via email along with payment options (normally valid for 30 days) During this stage if you are happy with our quote we ask for invoice details so we can set you up on our systems.
Carriage options and Lead times will also be provided at this stage, normally 5-10 working days from payment of order but speak to us if your order is urgent.
Proof for Approval
We will then provide a digital proof for approval on all orders prior to processing. It is your responsibility to check proof thoroughly and make us aware of any faults or amendments required. You are primarily looking for incorrect spellings, logo sizing and positioning. Please note, physical print or embroidery colours may vary from on screen colours. We can supply samples upon request.
Once approved we then ask for payment, this may be in form of proforma invoice, purchase order or account. We accept payment via bank transfer, all major credit/debit cards, Paypal and cheque.
Once payment has been agreed, your order will then be sent to production and you will be updated.
Delivery by Leading Courier
Once your order is complete, this will be shipped via our leading courier partners. You will be updated once dispatched and you will receive a notification on morning of delivery with a one hour window. Your account handler will monitor the full process and provide updates.
